It’s summer — that amazing time of year when fresh produce abounds. There are a few thing I love to do in life other than coaching. I love to cook and I love to eat. Like many people I have a garden but it is small and I am busy so in that we stick to the basics.
I am lucky that around me there are a number of great farmers markets to shop at and I love that there’s an abundance of fresh, delicious and healthy choices. Better yet: many of summer’s fruits and vegetables are brimming with secret health benefits.
